Paetow High School Principal Mindy Dickerson creates a “culture of caring”
With schools always on the minds of our residents and home shoppers, we thought it would be a great time to share this profile of Paetow High School Principal Mindy Dickerson from Katy Magazine.
As the article reports, Mindy was named Katy ISD’s Secondary Principal of the Year for 2017-18, the first year that Paetow opened.
She was chosen to lead Paetow High School, part of a K-12 tri-campus located approximately four miles from Elyson, after a 19-year career in education, with 17 of them in Katy ISD.
Dickerson leads Paetow with an “open door” policy that cultivates and sustains a “culture of caring,” and helps to ensure that every student has a plan for their future when they graduate.
