Elyson close to many shopping, dining options
Elyson blends a laidback lifestyle on the Katy prairie with the convenience of a growing number of shopping and dining options.
With its location at Grand Parkway and FM 529, about midway between I-10 West and U.S. 290. Elyson offers residents quick access to shopping and dining choices in both Katy and Cy-Fair, from LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch to the new Fairfield Towne Center.
Even closer is the new Grand Morton Town Center, with a Kroger Marketplace and a Walmart, along with more stores and services including Ideal Dental, Hallmark, Supercuts, Today’s Vision, Chase, Chick-fil-A, Whataburger, AutoZone and Night Light Pediatric Urgent Care. A Michaels and HomeGoods will be coming in 2019. This 89-acre town center will ultimately offer 600,000 square feet of retail, restaurants and medical offices.
Fairfield Towne Center, a 600,000-square-foot lifestyle center, is northwest Houston's newest open-air lifestyle venue featuring a wide variety of nationally recognized and locally owned retailers including H-E-B, Academy Sports + Outdoors, Rooms To Go, Kirkland's, Marshalls, HomeGoods, Maurice's, Old Navy, Party City, Ulta, Torrid and Bath & Body Works/White Barn Candle Co. The popular destination also features several quick service dining options including Zoe's Kitchen, Chipotle, Pei Wei Asian Diner, Jersey Mike's Subs, Jimmy John's, Subway and Yogurtland.
At Grand Parkway and Cinco Ranch Boulevard, LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch is an upscale Main Street style town center with stores including Athleta, Chico's, Justice, Gymboree, Eddie Bauer, LOFT and White House | Black Market. Dining options include Bernie’s Burger Bus, DISH Society, Las Alamedas and Peli Peli. LaCenterra also hosts many events, including Baby Boot Camps and holiday celebrations around the fountain and courtyard. Central Green Park in LaCenterra also has year ‘round concerts, outdoor movies and pop-up shops.
At home, Elyson residents will enjoy more than 750 acres planned for recreational amenities, parks, trails and natural open space. The first amenity, Elyson House, includes a resort-style pool and splash park, fitness center, playground and event lawn.
