Believe it or not, Elyson’s lineup keeps getting better. Stroll through dozens of model homes (including four brand-new ones in a brand-new neighborhood), meet our newest builder, David Weekley Homes and look forward to Toll Brothers, who will be opening three new models later this fall. From entry-level charm to move-up opportunities across the community, there’s more to explore and more ways to find your fit.

You’ll find four new model homes to tour — plus its very own park, coming soon.

While you’re touring and exploring, don’t forget to take a little detour to experience the full lifestyle that comes with living here. Taking to the trails is a good place to start. Maybe a picnic near Compass Lake? With food from one of our community favorites like Marco’s or Chick-fil-a, of course. You could even get your nails done or pick up a bottle of bubbly — just in case there's a new home to toast.
