Located at Elyson Boulevard and Katy Hockley Cut-Off, Boudny Elementary resides in an innovative two-story building that supports 21st century learning. This newest (and largest) KISD elementary has a wide range of educational spaces from learning stairs to collaborative spaces, and an importance is placed on creating connection to the outdoors — even from the art and science rooms. Additionally, this newest school has some of the district's latest innovations and improvements to help students flourish, including updated Learning Generation Initiative and resource spaces and a second-floor administrative and counseling suite. As Principal Felicia Ashabranner says, "Together, we will create a school community where relationships thrive, learning flourishes, and each child's unique strengths are celebrated."
Students living north of FM 529 will attend the brand-new Boudny Elementary, and those south of FM 529 & WEST of Peek Rd will go to McElwain Elementary.
