There’s a lot of new ready right now at Elyson, including a welcoming Welcome Center, new home designs, a new model home village, new builder incentives, new homes ready now and a new rec center. (Not to mention two new schools right here in the hood.) There is also a lot to tour: 21 model homes of all shapes and sizes are ready and waiting.
Wow is right
Opening in August, Alfred and Ann Boudny Elementary School in Elyson will have two frequent guests of honor, its namesakes. Al and Ann, retired educators with long and distinguished careers in Katy ISD, will regularly be on campus to help students and staff thrive.
