We’re ushering in an era of new at Elyson. Including a new lake, park and trail system. A new Target. A new charter school. Newly-opened Elyson Commons. New Chesmar Town Square model homes. New home collections. And, of course, new homes. So much new, in fact, it might start to get old. (But we don’t think it will.)
IN WITH THEWHOA
ELYSON COMMONS NOW OPEN
There’s one piece of new you don’t have to wait for. Our community’s biggest amenity (Elyson Commons!) is open now. Weighing in at a whopping 145 acres, this outdoor hub has something for everyone. Sports fields, a playground, a training park, picnic areas, a wildflower trail, a Great Lawn—even a dog park—mean you can make a day of it.
LAKE + PARK + TRAIL COMING SOON
This year we’re making a (quite literal) splash with the opening of 64-acre Compass Lake and the super-sweet Crescent Park to go with it. And there are plenty of ways to enjoy them. Lounge in the sun. Launch your kayak from the shore. Try fishing off the dock. Or take a stroll on the new trail system—Compass Lake Loop— that circles it all. Worked up an appetite? Then a picnic at the shaded pavilion is certainly in order.
IN WITH THEYEAH
Here’s something new: what if running errands, working out (or even going to school!) was something to get excited about? Get ready, because we’re adding a bit of oomph to the everyday. A new Target makes shopping a bit more fun. Recess gets a run for its money thanks to the STEM-centered curriculum of our new Harmony Public School. And breaking a sweat will sound pretty sweet in a new state-of-the-art rec center (opening next year).
IN WITH THEWOW
Four new Chesmar Town Square models bring our grand total to 18 available model homes to tour. There’s even a brand new Taylor Morrison home collection—Darling Modernist—selling now. Keep your eyes peeled for their new model, opening this May. The best place to start? Our Welcome Center.
As you can see, there’s always something new happening at Elyson. If you’d like to stay on top of the new news, let us know. (Not to worry, we’ll only drop a line about the big stuff.)
