Elyson is still young as communities go, and we’re already building a tradition of giving back. In the past year, we’ve partnered with local charities and our residents have volunteered to provide meals, toys, clothing and more. More charitable activities are planned as 2020 unfolds.
As district architect/planner for Katy ISD, Peter McElwain oversaw the design and construction of more than 40 schools and other facilities in his 19-year career. Elyson’s Peter H. McElwain Elementary School, opening in August, holds a special place in his heart.
