Elyson ranks among the Top 50 MPCs on 2 national lists
For the seventh year in a row, Elyson ranks among the top 50 master-planned communities in the nation for new home sales.
With 413 new homes sold in 2025, Elyson landed on year-end lists from two national real estate consulting companies.

Elyson ranks No. 38 nationally according to John Burns Real Estate Consulting, based in Irvine, California. RCLCO Real Estate Consulting, based in Bethesda, Maryland, ranks Elyson at No. 41. The variation is due to slightly different criteria the companies use to define a master-planned community.
One of the 413 new homes sold in Elyson last year was the 3,000th new home sale since our grand opening in 2016, bringing us to the halfway mark in our vision for 6,000 single-family homes.

Elyson expanded its appeal to homebuyers in 2025 with new offerings at both ends of the price spectrum. Toll Brothers, one of the nation’s leading luxury builders, opened in Elyson with plans to build 340 homes in three collections, from the mid $400,000s to high $700,000s.
Brookfield Residential and David Weekley opened four new model homes priced from the $300,000s in a new Elyson neighborhood.

Elyson helped Houston dominate the rankings for yet another year. With 10 MPCs on the RCLCO list and 8 on the John Burns list, Houston had more top-selling MPCs that any other metro area.
In total, more than 30,000 new homes were sold in the nation’s top 50 MPCs in 2025, with Houston communities representing 20% of all sales.
