Brookfield Residential showcases 2 new model homes from the low $300,000s in Elyson
One of Elyson’s newest neighborhoods has four new model homes from Brookfield Residential and David Weekley Homes, each representing all-new collections of floor plans priced from the low $300,000s.
While most of Elyson’s model homes are located in our award-winning Model Home Village, these model homes are right in the neighborhood where Brookfield and David Weekley are building.
Located off Peek Road, between FM 529 and Beckendorff Road, this neighborhood will have a central interior park, called Ember Park, with more nearby recreational amenities and natural open spaces connected by trail.

From the low $300s
The Verbena model home showcases Brookfield Residential’s new collection priced from the low $300,000s in Elyson.
These homes are offered on alley homesites, with two-car garages located neatly in the back. This design inspires cozy cottage architecture, with neighborly front porches facing the street, and private covered patios overlooking the backyards.
The Verbena welcomes you with a Modern Farmhouse exterior that blends classic painted brick and traditional board-and-batten siding, complete with a covered porch.
Step inside, where a half-wall defines the foyer, enhancing the open downstairs layout. The spacious living room has a detailed wood accent wall that echoes the exterior siding.
A large island with a solid-surface countertop creates a seamless flow between the kitchen and dining area. Dark green cabinets harmonize naturally with the warm wood floors used throughout the downstairs.
One of our favorite features is the coffee bar tucked between the kitchen and covered patio. Complete with a window, cabinet and matching countertop, this convenient feature shows how Brookfield has carefully thought out every detail in its new plans. Upstairs, the Verbena has a private primary bedroom suite, painted in a soothing dark green. The luxurious bath has double vanities, walk-in shower, separate water closet and huge walk-in closet.
This plan has three more spacious bedrooms upstairs, with fun themes including dinosaurs and a play fort bed. The laundry room is on the second floor for extra convenience.

The Lantana model home showcases Brookfield Residential’s new collection of open-concept plans offered on 45-foot homesites in Elyson.
With 2,341 square feet, this four-bedroom model welcomes you in with an extended foyer, leading to an open kitchen, living and dining area filled natural light from an abundance of windows.
Lofty wood ceiling beams add a stately feel to the living room. They’re the perfect match for the wood-look tile flooring used throughout the main floor for beauty and easy maintenance.
The kitchen has a walk-in pantry and a convenient work island with a built-in bar, offering a casual eating space open to the dining room.
Like the living room, the downstairs primary suite also has wood beams, following the lines of the impressive cathedral ceiling. Together with the modern chandelier, the beams make this spacious bedroom feel like an inviting retreat, especially when you discover the luxurious primary bathroom.
This model home displays an optional door between the primary suite’s huge walk-in closet and the utility room, creating a convenient laundry loop.
The Lantana has a second bedroom with a full bath on the first floor, with its location near the front door making it an ideal guest suite.

Brookfield Residential and David Weekley will build a total of 145 homes in several collections in this neighborhood, which has an interior greenspace called Ember Park, with amenities including a firepit, event lawn, a covered pavilion for gatherings, and table tennis equipment. In all, residents enjoy more than 650 acres of recreational amenities, parks, trails, lakes and open green space in Elyson.
The neighborhood is located in the Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District, ranked as the No. 2 Best School District in Harris County for 2026 by Niche. Students are zoned to attend Walker Elementary School, Rowe Middle School and Cypress Park High School. (Most of Elyson is zoned to the Katy Independent School District.)
