Elyson’s Welcome Center wins Houston’s Best PRISM Award
Here’s one more reason to begin your visit to Elyson at the community’s Welcome Center, located inside the Elyson House community center.
Elyson’s Welcome Center won the 2017 Houston's Best PRISM Award for “Developer Welcome Center of the Year.” The award is presented by the Greater Houston Builders Association, with winners selected by a panel of independent expert judges.
In selecting Elyson for this award, judges cited Elyson House’s inviting architecture and interior, along with the wealth of information resources available to home buyers.
Elyson House features Prairie-style architecture inspired by the classic designs of American architect Frank Lloyd Wright. Along with the Welcome Center, it’s also home to Elyson’s fitness center, game room and meeting rooms for residents. Outside, it offers a swim complex, event lawn and tennis courts.
The Welcome Center side of Elyson House offers exhibits on Elyson’s master plan, which will offer 750 acres of parks, trails, lakes, recreation centers and natural open space when completed.

Friendly Community Representatives greet visitors seven days a week and help to answer their questions.
Elyson House also won the 2017 Houston’s Best PRISM Award for Master Planned Community of the Year Recreation Center.
