Taylor Morrison joins list of leading Elyson homebuilders
Taylor Morrison, one of the nation’s 10 largest homebuilders, has joined the growing list of best-in-class builders offering new homes in Elyson, introducing new plans priced from the low $400,000s.
Taylor Morrison is building in a new Elyson neighborhood of 70-foot-wide homesites, with a limited number of homesites offering views and frontage along one of Elyson’s scenic lakes. Sales are now under way, and a new model home will open later this year.
The Sapphire
Plans offered include the two-story Sapphire, offering five bedrooms, 4.5 baths and a three-car garage. Priced from $405,990, the Sapphire has dramatic two-story ceilings in the family room and foyer. The owner’s suite is downstairs, with three more bedrooms up. The kitchen, gathering room and casual dining area overlook a covered patio.
Upstairs, the Sapphire has a gameroom and media room. Like all Taylor Morrison plans, the Sapphire offers many options for customizing. Buyers can add a downstairs guest suite, giving this home five bedrooms and four full baths. The outdoor living area can be extended, and an outdoor fireplace can be added. Other options include a wine storage area, a four-car garage, and a second owner’s suite that can be built upstairs.
The Larimar
A two-story foyer with a curved staircase highlights the Larimar, a spacious home with five bedrooms, five bathrooms and a three-car garage. The owner’s suite is downstairs, along with a formal dining room and a flex room that can be built as a study with French doors. The two-story gathering room opens to a covered outdoor living area.
Priced from $420,990, this plan includes a gameroom and media room upstairs.
The Larimar can be customized in numerous ways, including extending the covered patio and adding an outdoor fireplace. Wine cabinets, a butler’s pantry, and several garage extension options are also offered.
Calypso
Lots of storage space and flexible options such as a multigenerational living suite highlight the Calypso, Taylor Morrison’s largest new floor plan in Elyson. Priced from $444,990, this open-concept plan has a designer kitchen with double islands and a huge walk-in pantry. The two-story gathering room overlooks a large covered outdoor living area.
The owner’s suite is downstairs, along with a guest suite with a full bath. A formal dining room and a study with French doors rounds out the first floor. Upstairs, the Calypso has two more bedrooms, a gameroom and a media room.
The Calypso has walk-in closets in all bedrooms, with a large unconditioned storage room upstairs. Options include a four-car garage, a covered balcony, and up to six bedrooms. The optional multigenerational living suite includes a sitting room, bedroom and full bath.
