Classic exterior, modern interior highlight Perry’s Design 1984W model in Elyson

A high-pitched roof with a brick lattice gable lends a storybook feeling to Perry’s new Design 1984W model home in Elyson. Inside, this one-story home is totally modern, checking all the boxes for what many of today’s homebuyers want most.
The bright and open one-story plan begins with an extended foyer with an 11-foot ceiling. Both the foyer and the garage open to a mudroom with a built-in storage bench and hooks for hats and bags. With its wainscoting and décor, this mudroom offers a functional and attractive “launch room” for coming and going.
