Introducing Elyson House. The first great destination coming to Elyson
Now under construction at Elyson, Elyson House will be a centerpiece of the community’s grand opening in Fall 2016.
As the first of three major amenity centers planned for Elyson, the Elyson House will be a major focal point of resident life. It will include a resort-style swimming pool with a beach entry, lap lanes and lounging shelves. It will also have a clubhouse with a fitness center and gathering spaces for meetings and special events.
Other highlights of Elyson House will include a playground and tot lot, an event lawn with a stage, and a large patio area with dining tables and a fireplace. Elyson House will also have a full-service café, the Elyson Café.
Located across from Elyson’s first model home village, Elyson House will also function as the community’s official homebuyer information center.
The Elyson House will overlook the first of many scenic lakes and waterways planned for Elyson. It will also include a trailhead to the first segment of the extensive planned trail system.
The original architecture of the Elyson House will offer visitors a taste of the vision for Elyson as a community that celebrates the nature and history of the Katy Prairie. The architecture is inspired by elements of the Prairie and Frank Lloyd Wright styles, reinterpreted for today using materials, colors and other influences that are unique to the Katy Prairie.
