Perry introduces brand-new Design 2738 in Elyson
In late September, Perry Homes plans to open two fully furnished model homes in Elyson. Design 2738, a brand-new plan, will showcase Perry’s collection of floor plans for 55-foot-wide homesites in Elyson. Prices will start in the $350,000s in this collection.
A one-story home with four bedrooms, Design 2738 features tall ceilings throughout, with 12-foot ceilings in the foyer and galleries leading back to the family room. This home checks all the boxes for spacious and elegant living, with French doors opening to the library, located near the entry. Another set of French door opens to the gameroom. The family room, kitchen, and dining area combine into an open and spacious living area, with lots of windows overlooking the covered patio.
65-foot homesites
A second model, the five-bedroom Design 3791, will represent Perry’s collection for 65-foot-wide homesites in Elyson.
This two-story model begins with a dramatic rotunda foyer, featuring a spiral staircase and a 20-foot ceiling. The family room has a 19-foot ceiling and a corner fireplace. An elegant and functional butler’s pantry connects the island kitchen to the formal dining room.
The downstairs primary suite has a sitting area with a bow-bay window, and the luxurious primary bath has double walk-in closets. A library, a private guest suite and a three-car garage round out the main floor.
Upstairs, this model has three more bedrooms and a computer area. The gameroom and media room have 10-foot ceilings.
