Open kitchen at the heart of Trendmaker’s new Plan F-790 model
A gourmet kitchen with an elongated island is located right in the center of Plan F-790, a brand-new Trendmaker model home opening early this fall in Elyson.
This kitchen will also be right in the center of daily life in this open one-story floor plan. On one side, the kitchen opens to a casual dining room. The other side is open to the family room, which flows into the gameroom and large covered patio.
A four-bedroom home, Plan F-790 begins with an impressive foyer featuring a detailed ceiling design. A study and two bedrooms open off of the foyer. A fourth, more private bedroom is located toward the back of the home.
