David Weekley’s one-story Roth plan ready at Elyson
With four bedrooms, a study with French doors, an open family gathering area and a garage with a workshop, the one-story Roth is David Weekley’s top-selling plan in Elyson.
David Weekley has a completed Roth ready for quick move-in, priced at $329,000 and including features such as hardwood floors and granite countertops.
The Roth is also showcased as a model home in Elyson, letting home shoppers see what this popular plan looks like when completely furnished and decorated.
With 2,683 square feet, the Roth also includes three full bathrooms, a covered patio, a brick-and-stone exterior, and a convenient built-in backpack rack between the garage and living area.
David Weekley’s success in master-planned communities like Elyson helped it rank as the largest privately owned, for-profit homebuilder in the United States, according to the new BUILDER 100 list.
The Roth is one of 10 fully furnished model homes in the Elyson Model Home Village, which also features Chesmar, Darling, Highland, Perry, Pulte, Trendmaker and Westin.
The best place to begin a visit to Elyson is at Elyson House, the community’s official welcome center. Elyson House also includes the Elyson Café, open to both visitors and residents, and is an active community center with a fitness center, a gameroom, meeting rooms, playground, event lawn and swimming pool.
Elyson is located at FM 529 and Grand Parkway, approximately midway between I-10 West and U.S. 290 West. Students attend three new Katy ISD schools located in a K-12 tri-campus approximately two miles from the community. Bethke Elementary opened in 2016, and Stockdick Junior High and Paetow High School will open in August.
