Village Builders offers new homes near Elyson’s amenities
Village Builders, the move-up division of Lennar, the nation’s largest homebuilding company, is offering new homes in one of Elyson’s newest neighborhoods.
This neighborhood is within walking distance of Elyson House, Elyson’s first major amenity. Outside, it offers a swimming pool, tennis courts, playground and event lawn. Inside, Elyson House has a fitness center, meeting room, and a gameroom with ping-pong, shuffleboard, foosball and other games.
This neighborhood is across the street from a future elementary school site owned by Katy ISD. No schedule has been announced for opening the school, and Elyson students currently attend a K-12 Katy tri-campus less than four miles from the community. It includes Bethke Elementary, opened in 2016, and Stockdick Junior High and Paetow High, both opened in 2017.
Many homesites in the neighborhood border greenbelts and waterways, part of the more than 750 acres that Elyson plans to devote to parks, trails and natural open space.
Village Builders’ Longview model home is among 14 fully furnished model homes open in Elyson’s Model Home Village.

A two-story home, the Longview has four bedrooms, including a downstairs primary suite. The plan can be customized with up to six bedrooms and 5-1/2 bathrooms. Other highlights include an open family room and kitchen area with a dramatic two-story ceiling, a study, a covered outdoor living area and an upstairs gameroom.
