Outdoor living is everywhere in Newmark’s Cologne model home in Elyson
Three outdoor living areas – an open-air courtyard, covered patio and upstairs balcony – celebrate indoor/outdoor living in Newmark’s Cologne model home.
The Cologne is one of 14 model homes now open in Elyson’s new Model Home Village, which also includes the Elyson Welcome Center. It showcases Newmark plans offered on 70-foot-wide homesites, at prices from the $600Ks.
The Cologne begins with a secluded front courtyard with an open-air arrival area and a seating group arranged around a firepit.
From the double doors of the main entry, to the sliding doors from the study, glass is all around in this cozy courtyard. Stone and brick walls enclose in warm natural colors and textures, while the open sky above offers a sense of expansiveness.
The courtyard’s wood-look tile flooring flows into the home, creating an effortless feeling of indoor/outdoor living – a hint of what other delights await throughout this luxurious home.
Just inside the front door, the glass wine wall is a traffic-stopping feature, defining the dining room space while enhancing the open feeling of this model home. With its dramatic dark treads, the curved staircase is another “wow” feature just inside the front door.
The two-story family room overlooks an extended outdoor living area that easily accommodates separate seating and dining areas. This patio overlooks a scenic 31-acre lake across the spacious backyard.
Providing more views of the lake and Lakeside Landing, Elyson’s newest major amenity, the Cologne’s third outdoor living area opens off the upstairs gameroom.
