8 features to love in Perry’s Design 2737 model home in Elyson
From a second primary bedroom suite option, to sliding glass doors opening to an extended outdoor living area, there’s a lot to love about Perry’s Design 2737 model in Elyson’s Model Home Village.
With four bedrooms, a gameroom, home office, and an open family/kitchen area, Design 2737 has it all, in a spacious one-story floor plan that combines openness and privacy in equal measures. One of three Perry models in Elyson, it showcases plans priced from the $500Ks on 55-foot homesites.

Walk-ins everywhere. Design 2737’s luxurious primary bedroom suite has one of the largest walk-in closets we’ve ever seen. The three secondary bedrooms and the home office also have walk-in closets and storage spaces. The utility room, pantry and everyday entry area also provide useful storage space.
12-foot ceilings. With 12-foot ceilings throughout the extended foyer, and 11-foot ceilings in other rooms, Design 2737 shows that one-story plans can have as much architectural drama as their two-story cousins. Abundant windows – including a wall of windows overlooking the covered patio – flood these airy ceilings with plenty of natural light.
Second primary suite option. While not displayed in the model, Design 2737 has an option for a second primary bedroom with a private vestibule entry. It combines two of the secondary bedrooms to create a spacious suite with a walk-in closet and a bath with double vanities.
Extended outdoor living. Design 2737 includes a covered patio, and the model home displays the extended patio option, which increases the covered area to 19 by 12 feet. Sliding glass doors from the family room are another option, creating a seamless indoor/outdoor living space. This beautiful model home also displays an open-air patio with cozy Adirondack chairs surrounding a firepit.
Walls that wow. We love the creative wall treatments that range from bold to subtle. From solid accent walls in the study and primary suite, to energizing stripes and diagonals in the gameroom and secondary bedrooms, these decorating ideas add color and texture throughout this model.
Storybook exterior. With its high-pitched rooflines, varied window shapes and detailed brickwork, the exterior of Design 2737 reflects classic storybook cottage style. A number of distinct architectural styles are available for every Perry home in Elyson.
Home office. French doors and an 11-foot ceiling help create a calm and inspiring mood in the home office. Located near the front door, away from the rest of main living areas and bedrooms, this study includes a walk-in storage closet.
Gameroom. Before spilling out to the open family and kitchen area, the extended foyer leads past the gameroom, where French doors open to a second casual living area big enough for a pool table and more. This large space can also double as a media room. Who says gamerooms are just for two-story homes?
