Perry’s Design 2169 model home offers storybook charm for its most affordable Elyson collection
Perry’s beautifully decorated model homes represent floor plan collections in four series, at prices from the mid $400Ks to $700Ks, for homesites ranging from 45 to 70 feet wide.
With its charming storybook cottage style – one of nine exterior styles available – Perry’s Design 2169 model home showcases their most affordable series in Elyson. Overall, this collection ranges from 1,900 to 2,700 square feet.
With its high-pitched roof gables and detailed brick and stone exterior, Design 2169 shows that a one-story home can have plenty of design panache.
The extended foyer has a 12-foot ceiling, and airy 10-foot ceilings are featured throughout the main living areas of this four-bedroom plan. Combined with abundant windows, these tall ceiling heights flood this open plan with natural light.
A mud room connected to the two-car garage creates a convenient everyday entrance for owners, complete with a built-in bench with storage.
The gourmet kitchen has a large island and walk-in pantry. Granite countertops, tile backsplashes, 42-inch cabinets and stainless steel appliances are just a few of the standard no-extra-cost features included in this series.
The 10-foot ceilings continue in the open dining and family room area, and also on the covered patio. Measuring 17 by 8 feet, the standard patio is generously sized, with plenty of room for outdoor seating.
The spacious primary bedroom suite also has a 10-foot ceiling, with a luxurious bath that has separate vanities, a glass-enclosed shower, oval soaking tub, and large walk-in closet.
Each of the secondary bedrooms also has a walk-in closet, and we love the way Perry has one of these bedrooms set up as an adorable nursery.
