Elyson’s Model Home Village wins Houston’s Best award
Elyson’s Model Home Village is the best in town, winning a 2025 Houston’s Best PRISM Award for Best Model Home Village.
Now in their 50th year, Houston’s Best PRISM Awards are presented by the Greater Houston Builders Association to recognize the industry’s finest.
Elyson’s Model Home Village won the Model Home Park Design award for offering one-stop shopping for 13 fully furnished model homes from 7 leading homebuilders, in a wide variety of price ranges. Nestled within the Village, the Elyson Welcome Center greets visitors with friendly community representatives, informative displays, and the latest on schools, local services and other topics.
The Model Home Village also gives home shoppers a glimpse of Elyson’s lifestyle. By design, it’s located next to Lakeside Landing, a bustling community center on the shore of a 31-acre lake, offering swimming, socializing, a fitness center and much more. A short trail connects Lakeside Landing to the Model Home Village, with tours available.
As impressive as it is, Elyson’s award-winning Model Home Village has just about half of Elyson’s grand total of 27 model homes. Most of these additional models showcase specialized plans, such as Duets paired homes by Beazer and Courtyard Collection Homes by Chesmar. Home shoppers can also see the newest homes from David Weekley Homes and Brookfield Residential in their own special neighborhood.
