Drees Custom Homes opens sales center in Elyson

Drees Custom Homes has opened its pre-grand opening sales center in Elyson, naming one of its most experienced sales professionals to help homebuyers build new patio homes priced from the mid $300,000s in Elyson’s first gated neighborhood.

While relatively new to Drees, Donna Steen has sold new homes for 15 years. For the past five years, she sold patio homes for Trendmaker, giving her a seasoned perspective on what homebuyers love most about patio homes.

“People love the spacious, open one-story floor plans of patio homes, as well as the privacy,” she said. “We offer two-story plans, but most buyers prefer the one-story designs. With their high ceilings and other architectural details, they offer a lot of ‘wow’ factor.”

Prior to her career in home sales, Donna worked in the banking and finance industry for more than a decade. “That experience gives me another tool for helping homebuyers,” she said.

Donna is working out of a temporary sales center in Elyson, with her model home, the Brynlee II, planned to open this summer. She encouraged interested homebuyers to visit as soon as possible for the best pricing and priority selection of homesites.

“Katy is a very sought-after location, and now is a great time to get in to Elyson, Katy’s newest master-planned community,” she said. “Right now, homebuyers can save with pre-construction pricing, and they can select their favorite lakefront homesite.”

Drees is also offering a $10,000 incentive for options and upgrades for a limited time in Elyson.  Call Donna at 713-492-6170 or email her.

Drees’ pre-opening sales center is located in Elyson’s Model Home Village, also showcasing 14 fully furnished model homes. The best place to begin a visit to Elyson is at the Welcome Center at Elyson House, where homebuyers can get an introduction to the community’s 3,642-acre master plan and tour its first major recreational amenity.
