Elyson has Drees Custom Homes’ 90th anniversary floor plan for Texas
Opening this summer as a fully furnished model home in Elyson’s first gated neighborhood, Drees Custom Homes’ one-story Brynlee plan has many great features, including a spacious covered outdoor living area, an opulent owner’s suite, and a thoughtful “family foyer” between the three-car garage and laundry room.
Here’s another interesting feature of the Brynlee: it’s a new plan created to commemorate Drees’ nine decades of success.
Founded in 1928, Drees is celebrating its 90th anniversary by designing a special anniversary plan for each state where it builds. Beginning with its first home, a little brick Cape Cod style home built in Wilder, Kentucky, Drees has grown to become the nation’s 14th largest privately owned homebuilder, and the 32nd largest homebuilder overall.
The Brynlee is Drees’ anniversary plan for Texas, and home shoppers will soon be able to tour it in Elyson.
The Brynlee offers several flexible design options to suit the needs of different homebuyers, including an available second floor with an extra bedroom, gameroom and optional media room. The study can be built as a guest bedroom suite, and the three-car tandem garage can be expanded to a four-car garage.
Drees is offering patio homes priced from the mid $300,000s in Elyson’s first gated neighborhood, with a limited number of lakeview homesites. The neighborhood is located next to Elyson’s newest park, opening this fall.
