Beazer’s Duets model homes showcase low-maintenance living

Beazer’s two Duets model homes in Elyson are unique in a number of ways.
One, they’re the only models not located in Elyson’s Model Home Village. Instead, they’re an easy drive right across FM 529, located in a scenic neighborhood surrounded by trails and lakes.
Two, they’re thoughtfully designed for anyone looking for a low-maintenance lifestyle. Exterior maintenance is included, along with front and back yard care, leaving owners more time to enjoy the more than 750 acres of parks, trails, and recreational amenities at Elyson, including Elyson House, Timber Grove Park, and the new Elyson Commons at Bear Creek Park opening in late 2021.
Now open, the Grand Rouge and Messina models showcase 8 Duets floor plans priced from the $300Ks, ranging from 1,579 to 2,103 square feet. Most plans offer single-story living, and several two-story plans have extra bedrooms and open lofts upstairs. All include covered patios and private fenced backyards.
The Grand Rouge
The Grand Rouge model home is a two-story plan, with most of its living space on the main level. The spacious great room measures 19 feet by 17 feet and is open to the casual dining area and island kitchen. The spacious primary bedroom suite includes a luxurious bathroom with a walk-in closet and choice of layouts.
The second floor has an open loft, third bedroom and third bathroom.
Like all Duets plans, the Grand Rouge includes a two-car garage, with a combined mud room and laundry area creating a convenient everyday entrance. The main foyer soars to a two-story ceiling height for an impressive entrance.
Duets plans offer a number of options for customizing. Some options are no-cost, such as choosing alternate kitchen and primary bathroom layouts. A few options cost a little extra, like adding six-foot extension to the standard covered patio. Study and gameroom options are available on select plans.
The Messina
A second model home, the Messina, is another two-story plan with most of its living space on the main floor. Upstairs, has a loft, third bedroom and full bath.
The Beazer Difference provides several exclusive benefits at no extra cost to homebuyers. These include Choice Plans, which allow buyers to choose from different layouts for kitchens, primary bathrooms and other rooms in the home.
The Grand Rouge plan, for example, offers the choice of an oversized walk-in shower in the primary bathroom, or the combination of a bathtub and glass-enclosed shower.
