With five new retail centers already located within Elyson and more to come, our residents are enjoying a boom of new stores, restaurants and services.

Here’s everything we know so far about what’s already open and what’s coming soon. We’ll update this list as things develop.

Elyson Animal Hospital – Owner and chief pet expert Dr. Bethany Smith has practiced veterinary medicine in the Houston area for more than 15 years. Her interests include emergency medicine, soft tissue surgery, and preserving the human-animal bond. Read more at our blog.

Capri Spa Nails – Offering a full menu of manicures and pedicures, nail enhancements, waxing, facials, eyelash extensions and more.

Emily’s Taqueria – Serving authentic Mexican food with daily specials and fast, friendly service.

Jeremiah’s Italian Ice – Scooping up tasty frozen treats nationwide since 1996, Jeremiah’s offers refreshing Italian ices, decadent soft ice cream and more, all with a mantra of “live life to the coolest.”

Marco’s Pizza – Founded in 1978 just outside of Toledo, Ohio, Marco’s has a dedication to quality that has made them one of the fastest-growing pizza brands in America, providing plenty of delicious moments and opportunities along the way.

Scholars & Scoundrels Bar & Grill – Voted “Best Restaurant in Katy” and “Best Restaurant Worth the Drive,” this veteran-owned restaurant has opened its third location in Elyson.

Contemporary Eye Care – From kids to adults, Contemporary Eye Care provides comprehensive eye exams, prescription glasses and sunglasses, and treatment for eye disease.

Results Physiotherapy – Services include outpatient physical therapy, orthopedics, concussion management, dry needling, pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation, manual therapy, headache management and vestibular rehabilitation.

Sole Reflextions – Specializing in deep tissue massage, Swedish massage and reflexology in an environment where you can relax, refresh, and rejuvenate.

Subway (coming soon)– Always evolving with quality ingredients and regularly refreshing the menu with new items.

V’s Barbershop – From its first location opened in 1999, V’s Barbershop has been dedicated to providing the classic barbershop experience where customers can get a haircut, shave and lasting memories.

Velox Pharmacy Solutions – This full-service digital pharmacy offers free delivery.

The Lash Lounge – Owned by Elyson residents Chris and Melissa Jimenez, this luxury salon offers lash extensions, lash lifts, lash and brow tints, and threading in a relaxing spa-like atmosphere. 

Ballet Elle – This dance school teaches ballet, jazz, tap, modern and other forms of dance for students ages 3 and up. Read more at our blog.

Pizza Hut – Elyson is home to one of the newest Pizza Huts, founded in 1958 and now with more than 16,000 restaurants in over 100 countries.

Katy Lakes Dentistry – Whether you need regular dental checkup, advanced dental restorations, cosmetic dentistry, dental surgery, braces, or family dentistry, Katy Lakes has your family covered with comprehensive dental care.

Eye Vantage – Provides provide comprehensive eye exams, contact lens fittings, and medical treatment for eye emergencies and conditions for the entire family. Many vision and medical insurance plans are accepted.

The Liquor Cabinet – This locally owned store provides a large selection of everyone's favorite beer, wine, and sprits.

Belleville Urgent Care (coming soon)–This walk-in clinic treats common, minor illnesses and non-life-threatening injuries. Services also include occupational medicine, routine preventive care, sports physicals, and pre-employment physicals. 

Golden Eagle Taekwondo – Based on thousands of years of traditional Eastern philosophy, their powerful physical and psychological training helps prepares students of all ages to face life’s challenges.  

Mas Ricos Mexican Restaurant (coming soon) – From the owners of Lupita’s Restaurant in Katy, Mas Ricos specializes in the cuisine of South Mexico, with an accent on seafood and a full bar serving specialty cocktails.

Target – About 20 percent larger than the average Target, the Elyson store incorporates some of the leading innovations from this favorite retailer, including more space for same-day pickup and delivery, and green features like rooftop solar panels and electric vehicle charging. AT&T – A convenient location offering the newest cell phones, accessories, prepaid plans, small business services and more.  

Coming soon

The Square at Elyson, located at the northwest corner of Grand Parkway and FM 529, has announced tenants including American Family Care, EOS Fitness, Heartland Dental, Le Luxe Nail Bar, McDonald’s, Pet Supplies Plus, Salata and Taco Bell.

H-E-B has purchased land for a future Elyson store at the Grand Parkway and FM 529. They have not announced an opening date or a timeframe for when construction will begin. We will update this post as soon as that information is available.
